Is leasing available and on what terms?
Yes. We work with leading Armenian leasing companies. Term — up to 60 months. Down payment, rate and payment structure are tailored to your cash flow. The calculation is included in the quotation.
What warranty does the equipment carry?
Hitachi factory warranty — 12 months with no operating hours limit. Warranty service is carried out by us as the authorised dealer — with genuine parts and to manufacturer specifications.

The HELP (Hitachi Extended Life Program) extended warranty is also available — covering key components beyond the standard term. It allows you to plan maintenance costs and reduces the risk of costly unplanned repairs. Terms are agreed individually.
How long does delivery take?
Lead times depend on the model and current production load. Exact delivery time for a specific model is stated in the quotation. Throughout the process we keep you updated on order status.
