The company's roots go back to 2006, when Atlas Copco Armenia began operations in the country. In 2018, the Swedish Atlas Copco Group underwent a strategic business separation, spinning off its mining and construction equipment division into an independent company — Epiroc — after which the Armenian entity continued its operations under the Epiroc Armenia brand. In 2021, Wayland Armenia acquired this business, preserving the continuity of the team and the expertise built over the years.
